Introduction
wanwave’s access monitoring system offers a comprehensive solution for businesses and organizations, to monitor and control access to premises, assets, and sensitive areas. By leveraging wanwave’s solution, stakeholders can enhance security, enforce access control policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices. With real-time monitoring and access control capabilities, the system empowers stakeholders to protect assets, mitigate risks, and maintain a safe environment.
Key aspects of using wanwave’s access monitoring systems include:
Real-Time Monitoring: wanwave’s access monitoring system continuously monitors access points, entrances, and restricted areas in real-time, providing stakeholders with immediate visibility into access events and activities. This real-time monitoring capability enables stakeholders to detect unauthorized access attempts promptly and initiate response actions to prevent security breaches or incidents.
Security Incident Response: wanwave’s access monitoring system serves as a critical component of security incident response by providing stakeholders with actionable intelligence and alerts in the event of security breaches or suspicious activities. By triggering alarms, notifications, or alerts for unauthorized access attempts or security violations, stakeholders can initiate rapid response actions, such as deploying security personnel, activating surveillance cameras, or locking down access points, to mitigate risks and contain security incidents.
Seamless Integration: wanwave’s access monitoring system offers seamless integration with existing security infrastructure, surveillance systems, and identity management platforms. Integration allows stakeholders to centralize access control operations, automate security workflows, and leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools to optimize access monitoring and security management processes.
Mode of Operation
The wanwave motion detection sensor transmits status messages at predetermined intervals, while motion alarm messages are transmitted immediately. The sensors are completely autonomous, with a built-in battery designed to support the transmission of 50,000 messages, which is equivalent to 5 years of operation when transmitting messages once an hour.
The transmitted information is received by the network gateways which automate the reception and transmission of messages between end devices and the wanwave server. They are deployable in both stationary and mobile settings.
