Description
The soil temperature sensor offers two options for data transmission. The first is via Bluetooth, which enables direct data retrieval to your smartphone within a 50-meter radius from the sensor. The second option is through the wanwave long-range radio channel, allowing for data collection from the sensor at distances of up to tens of kilometers. With its accurate temperature readings, the sensor is an essential tool for farmers, gardeners, and other agriculture enthusiasts, enabling them to monitor the temperature of the soil and ensure optimal growing conditions for their crops.
- Measures soil temperature with a thermosensor at the end of the sensor that is buried in the soil
- Measuring accuracy does not depend on soil type
- The depth of control can be in the range from 10 to 120 cm or more (under the order).
- Maintenance free (turn on and forgot)
- Weatherproof, IP67
- Powered by an ER14505 battery (included) rated for 50,000 messages, guaranteeing a minimum of 5 years of operation (one message per hour)
- Can be used all throughout the season, but it is recommended to remove it from the soil during the period of negative temperatures for winter storage.
