Introduction

Designed to detect the tilt or fall of trees and high structures, wanwave’s tilt monitoring system offers a comprehensive solution for industries such as forestry, construction, and infrastructure management. By deploying the system, stakeholders can identify potential hazards, assess structural stability, and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks and ensure safety.

Key aspects of using wanwave’s monitoring system for tilt or fall detection include:

Real-Time Monitoring: wanwave’s tilt monitoring system continuously monitors the tilt or inclination of trees and high structures in real-time, providing stakeholders with immediate alerts and notifications in the event of abnormal movement or instability. This real-time monitoring capability enables stakeholders to detect potential hazards promptly and initiate timely response actions to prevent accidents or damage.

Early Warning System: wanwave’s tilt monitoring system serves as an early warning system for potential risks associated with the tilt or fall of trees and high structures. By detecting subtle changes in inclination or movement, stakeholders can receive early warnings and take preventive measures, such as reinforcing support structures, trimming overhanging branches, or evacuating personnel from hazardous areas, to mitigate risks and ensure safety.

Seamless Integration: wanwave’s tilt monitoring system offers quick and seamless integration with existing infrastructure, surveillance systems, and emergency response mechanisms. This allows stakeholders to centralize data collection, automate response actions, and coordinate emergency procedures in the event of tilt or fall incidents.

Mode of Operation

The tilt sensor records the inclination of the object with an accuracy of 0.1 degrees and transmits the readings to the server. Alarms are transmitted immediately when there is a sharp deviation from the selected axis, that is, when the specified limit values of the deviation angle are exceeded. The sensors are completely autonomous, with a built-in battery designed to support the transmission of 50,000 messages, which is equivalent to 5 years of operation when transmitting messages once an hour.

The transmitted information is received by the network gateways which automate the reception and transmission of messages between end devices and the wanwave server. They are deployable in both stationary and mobile settings.
