Waste Bin Sensor
WBS-10
The WBS-10 monitors waste bins and reports events over wanwave LPWAN, helping collection teams identify bins that need attention. It detects when a bin is full, tipped over or affected by fire, supporting collection planning and response to service or safety issues.
Powered by an ER14505 battery with a five-year battery life, the sensor supports long-term monitoring without an external power connection. Its slim, IP68-rated enclosure measures 125 × 125 × 25 mm and weighs 50 g, making it practical for deployment across a network of waste bins.

Connectivity & integration
WBS-10 communicates over wanwave’s proprietary network through a compatible wanwave gateway. The gateway forwards sensor information to wanwave’s waste management platform or your existing IT systems.
